Missions and Responsibilities

• Advise clients on Competition Law matters, including restrictive practices, merger control, and state aid
• Provide legal expertise on Foreign Direct Investment regulations
• Handle cases before the Courts of the Union and advise on general European Law matters
• Work closely with senior lawyers and contribute to complex, cross-border cases

The Ideal Profile

• 2 to 4 years of experience
• Master’s degree in law
• Native Dutch speaker, with strong English skills; knowledge of French is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and ability to navigate complex regulatory issues
• Motivated, client-oriented, and a team player with a proactive mindset
