Our client is an insurance specializing in fleet management and vehicle rental. This company is an international company, with offices in many countries. We are looking for a Claims Handler (NL OR FR / EN) specialized in auto.

Your tasks and responsibilities :
- Analyze and manage an average of 15 damage declarations daily in collaboration with colleagues.
- Take responsibility for each file, implement necessary changes and ensure case adjustments.
- Utilize your expertise as a Claims Handler to determine responsibility and facilitate the case transfer to the relevant insurer.
- Verify the accuracy of all administrative procedures.
- Maintain close communication with internal and external stakeholders, including experts, brokers, insurers, fleet managers and others suppliers.
The ideal profile ?
- A Bachelor in Finance, Insurance, Law, or similar.
- A previous similar experience.
- Fluent in French and/or Dutch and professional English.
- An autonomous person with analytical skills.
