Your role and responsibilities :
- Active involvement in enhancing financial and business reporting processes
- Participation in annual budgeting and monthly actuals tracking
- Monitoring production KPIs
- Assisting in preparing annual financial accounts and facilitating audits
- Understanding and challenging monthly results to stakeholders and management
The perfect profile :
- Holds a Master’s degree in finance or economics
- Possesses 2-3 years of relevant experience within a Big 4 firm
- Experienced in industrial controlling
- Demonstrates strong financial skills, including knowledge of general accounting principles, cost accounting and financial analysis
- Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel) ; ideally familiar with reporting tools like Power BI and SAP
- Fluents in Dutch and English, proficiency in French is a plus
- Exhibits flexibility, open-mindedness and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
