Your Missions and Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a broad range of Banking & Capital Markets matters, including debt capital markets, structured finance, and regulatory issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents and agreements.
• Collaborate with senior lawyers on high-profile and cross-border transactions.
• Stay informed on market trends and regulatory changes to provide valuable advice to clients.

The Ideal Profile

• 2 to 4 years of experience —no flexibility on seniority.
• Dutch speaker with a strong command of English
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to independently manage complex matters.
• A team player with a client-focused, pragmatic approach to legal challenges.
• Thrives in a structured environment where learning from senior lawyers, counsels, and partners is encouraged through close collaboration and regular feedback.
