Missions and Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a broad range of Banking & Finance transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex deal documentation
• Work closely with clients, counterparties, and top-tier foreign law firms on cross-border matters
• Manage cases from inception to closing, ensuring seamless execution
• Contribute to the development of the Banking & Finance practice within the firm

The Ideal Profile

• 3 to 6 years of experience
• Master’s degree in Belgian law; an LL.M. or additional qualification in Banking & Finance is a plus
• Fluent in French or Dutch, with strong English skills and a good command of the other national language
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• A hands-on, proactive mindset, ready to take initiative
• Client-oriented, commercially minded, and able to provide pragmatic solutions
• A team player, able to collaborate while working independently
