Your Missions and Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate deal documentation in Banking & Finance transactions.
- Engage directly with clients and counterparties throughout the process.
- Manage matters from inception to closing with precision and professionalism..
The Perfect Profile:
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Banking & Finance
- Belgian law degree (an additional qualification abroad or an LLM is a plus).
- Fluency in French or Dutch, with strong English proficiency.
- Proactive, client-oriented with a practical and commercial mindset.
- A team player who can also work independently.
