📌 Your mission:
As an Audit Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading an experienced audit team and contributing to the growth of the business unit by:
– Coaching and supervising junior team members on audits for mainly medium-sized SMEs and larger (inter)national clients.
– Providing technical audit support, including assessment of projects and entity-wide performance.
– Planning and executing audit fieldwork, (statutory) reporting and closing work for clients.
– Preparing audit files in accordance with ISA, including a report with the findings.
– Keeping senior managers, directors and partners up to date on the progress of audits.
– Visiting clients and acting as the main point of contact within your portfolio.
– Identify business opportunities within your client base (if commercially driven).
– Follow up on your team’s timesheets.

🎯 Your profile:
– University degree with an entrepreneurial approach
– Master’s degree in Accountancy & Taxation or similar
– At least 5 years’ experience as an external auditor.
– Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and excellent problem-solving skills.
– People management skills and interest in team development.
– Ownership and pride in your work and impact on the organisation.
– Excellent planning and organisational skills.
– Strong communication skills with various stakeholders.
– Proactive in knowledge sharing within the team.
– Commercial drive and a demonstrable track record are a plus.
– Fully bilingual in Dutch and English.
