Your duties and responsibilities?
- Manage various administrative tasks (emails, calls, e-mails, rental documents, and provide assistance to tenants)
- Coordinate move-in and move-out inventories, legal inspections (electrical, water, etc.)
- Manage property maintenance issues
- Coordinate scheduling of interventions, as well as purchase orders and quotations
Ideal profile?
- Diploma in administrative assistant and/or property management appreciated, with minimum 2 years’ experience
- Team player with excellent communication, organization and planning skills
- Administrative experience, ideally in a real estate company
- Fluency in French, knowledge of Dutch/English appreciated
- Rapidly available
