Administrative assistant & Property management for a real estate developer

Your duties and responsibilities?

  • Manage various administrative tasks (emails, calls, e-mails, rental documents, and provide assistance to tenants)
  • Coordinate move-in and move-out inventories, legal inspections (electrical, water, etc.)
  • Manage property maintenance issues
  • Coordinate scheduling of interventions, as well as purchase orders and quotations

Ideal profile?

  • Diploma in administrative assistant and/or property management appreciated, with minimum 2 years’ experience
  • Team player with excellent communication, organization and planning skills
  • Administrative experience, ideally in a real estate company
  • Fluency in French, knowledge of Dutch/English appreciated
  • Rapidly available
