Account/Sales Manager

We are looking for an Account/Sales Manager for a company specialising in the design and construction of innovative and varied structures, ranging from industrial to agricultural buildings, as well as residential and SME parks.

Your tasks and responsibilities?

  • Establish and strengthen a solid network with architects and other key players in property development and construction
  • Acting as an advisor in the design and implementation of projects, taking account of the customer’s needs (good technical knowledge of building required!)
  • Working with the calculator to translate the customer’s ideas into concrete concepts
  • Supervising the project at a technical level to ensure feasibility
  • Managing contract negotiations with the various clients and budgeting the project in order to finalise the operation
  • Reporting directly to the Sales Director

The ideal profile?

  • Real estate experience on a variety of projects required, ideally with a background in construction/architecture/engineering
  • Bilingual French/Dutch required (good knowledge of English is a big plus)
  • Good network with the various players in architecture, construction and property development
  • Ability to communicate with a variety of customers
