For a client oriented towards sustainability and co-generating systems for buildings, we are looking for a Business Developement Manager.
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company (target being real estate developer/asset management or construction company at this stage). The goal is to install the products of the client into those real estate portfolios via your commercial skills & contract handeling

Your missions and responsibilities ?
- Identify partnership opportunities, explain services/products and deal with contracts
- Participate to expos, salons, and be the face of the company for commercial operations
- Give your strategic input over growth opportunities and products/services
- Think critically when planning to assure project success
- Collaborate with technical teams to upgrade general quality and efficiency of the products/services and client’s satisfaction
The perfect profile ?
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering/special techniques/co-generating systems
- Bilingual Dutch/French (english is a great plus)
- 3 – 4 years’ prior industry related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
